All you Xbox owners and fans of Halo, prepare yourself for a Speielberg adaptation... kind of. Steven Spielberg is in talks to purchase the rights for the video game movie according to
IESB. This is good news, but most likely it's only to produce. Whiiiich isn't saying much. This is the same man who was one of the producers of
Transformers: Revenge of the Suck. So who knows if he'll direct, he's pretty much booked up until the end of the century with projects in the works, but we can hope.
Halo is a futuristic look at the United Nations and their battle to keep peace among its people. I don't own the game, so don't attack me if I got that wrong. But anything futuristic with that much action should look great on the big screen. Keep it here for more Halo news.
